In this blog, I’m going to be referring to the original Nubian palette and The Nubian 2 palette by Juvias.
Manufacturer's description below;
“The Nubian Palette by Juvia’s was inspired by an African Empire in Old Egypt headed by the beauty icon Nefertiti. Famously endowed with strength and spirituality.
This palette consists of 12 shades beautifully coordinated to be reflective on Golds, Coppers, Browns and Nudes as seen in an Egyptians Empire’’.
Out of the 12 Shades, there are four mattes to use as a transition colour, and the remaining eight shades are shimmery, perfect for the eyelid.
These eyeshadows are ideal for the deeper toned skin, to the fairer skin.
I love this palette because of its warm and nudes’ shades, however, in my opinion, it needs more colours to even it up and completes the palette.
This palette works perfectly to create the natural daytime look or layer it on to create a night time look. This shades are beautiful, blends flawlessly and has incredible wear-ability control
This palette is extremely pigmented

The Nubian 2 Palette
This Palette by far is my favourite, the entire palette are larger, and the colours are spectacular and luxurious, it's one of the gorgeous palettes I’ve come across so far.
‘ The Nubian 2 Palette by Juvia’s was inspired by an African Empire in old Egypt, headed by the beauty icon Nefertiti. She was famously endowed with strength and spirituality.
The palette consists of 12 versatile arraigns of Metallic shades and pops of colours”.
This palette is twice as big as the first palette
It has four matte transition shades and eight shimmery and metallic shades. It’s a highly pigmented selection of colours; it blends flawlessly as well as a great palette to recreate a classic yet striking looks.
The Nubian 2 Palette comes in this bright yellow packaging; the vibrant and bright colour is almost play-like with beautiful Nubian queen drawing on it. The case is dense, durable and expensive looking. However, this palette doesn’t come with a mirror, like the original one.

Overall these two palettes are a must have. I love both but, as an individual who is trying to experiment with colours my favourites is the second palette, I haven’t regretted buying them. The only downside is the shades are prone to fallout; the palette 2, in my opinion, needs more neutral shades to complete the palette.
